Accel Venture Trading LLC loads OCC 11 and OCC 12 into 40ft high-cube containers at mill density — roughly 25 MT of compressed, strapped bales per FCL, shipped from Dubai to mills across India.
The 40ft high-cube (40HC) is the workhorse container for OCC export. Its extra height over a standard 40ft box means more baled tonnage per shipment — which lowers ocean freight cost per tonne for the receiving mill. AVT LLC loads OCC exclusively into 40HC for India-bound cargo.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Container type | 40ft High-Cube (40HC) |
| Typical net load | ~25 MT (24–26 MT) |
| Bale format | Compressed, strapped, mill-density |
| Moisture | < 12% (OCC 11) / < 10% (OCC 12) |
| Grades loaded | OCC 11, OCC 12 (DS OCC) |
| Securing | Stacked & strapped for transit stability |
OCC is sorted to ISRI grade (11 or 12) and checked for moisture and outthrows before baling.
Material is compressed into mill-density bales and strapped for stability and maximum fill.
Bales are stacked into the 40HC to reach ~25 MT net, then secured for ocean transit.
BL, COA and certificates issued; the container goes live on AcceTrack for the mill to follow.
Weight matters at the mill. Higher net tonnage per 40HC means lower freight cost per tonne of usable fibre. Our baling and loading target maximum compliant fill on every container.
All 40HC OCC ships from Dubai and the GCC to Indian ports — Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai and more — on CIF or FOB terms. We dispatch 280+ containers monthly, so volume is never a constraint.
